I love Dick Grayson (I'm aware this picture only hints at this being him), I think this is because I had the most ridiculous girlish crush on him and his mullet in the animated series when I was younger. He's dressed up as a... bird... person thing. Think gentlemanly masquerade style.

The original plan was to shove him into Halle Berry's Catwoman catsuit, I shit you not. ETA HAHAHA I DID IT ANYWAY SO THE REST OF THIS PARAGRAPH IS LIES [link] But my brain ended up supplying something much better in the spur of the moment, so thank it for all the eyes it's saved.
